My recall experience was a very good one Honorable acknowledgement to Chris Sorensson who was a very efficient professional and knowledgeable service representative. Usually dealerships are not that positive but my experience was so smooth and quick that I might even consider buying another Ford service vehicle as this experience shows Penske Ford still cares about its customers big and small.

My experience was amazing - far beyond what I thought could happen given the supply chain issues and new inventory shortages. I was expecting that the temptation for additional dealer mark ups would be my fate. But the deal as I had signed up for 10 months ago at MSRP for a Ford Maverick XLT with a few additional factory add on was exactly what I got.

I was surprised with how smoothly my repair went. The work was completed in half the time I was expecting. The results were far beyond my expectations. My 2014 Explorer looked like new. After they finished the work, they cleaned and finished it so everything matched. I was dumbstruck that they went way beyond what I expected. Honest , I brought my 01 F-250 Diesel with a concern . Mechanic test drove Several times including with me Once. Truck ran Correct . They did not Charge me this time , Was very Happy. I Promised Chris , I would bring truck back when some code comes up or truck Fails. For Now I’m Happy , Jarrid , my Mechanic spent 15 - 20 min while I drove. So far they’ve only been the middleman for me in the purchase of my lease vehicle so they didn’t really get credit for a sale or a commission but you never would have known it by the level of service that we received you would’ve thought they were making $100 million off of the paperwork that they had to go through to facilitate my purchase of my lease vehicle

My recall issue was resolved much faster than expected. I also got an oil change and tire rotation completed. Jake Nodolany was professional and courteous. He exceeded my very high expectations!!! I was made aware of upcoming service needs but didn't feel any pressure to complete them immediately. In other words,, no scare tactics.. I appreciate that a lot. I love this dealerships service center. Again, Jake was amazing and is the reason I will keep coming back.

Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. They got me in and out quickly completing the service on my truck and even replaced my windshield wipers which I thought were ok at no cost to me. The complimentary wash made the truck look new. I couldn’t be more pleased.
